    reduced dead volume. The adjustable Flow Splitters can be used for all
    applications requiring a precise and constant split.







The split ratio of these post-column Flow Splitters is precisely adjustable and reproducible, the output flow rate is constant and stable . Split flows of the adjustable Flow Splitters are not affected by viscosity or pressure changes, making them ideal for use with gradients and method development.

Adjustable Flow Splitters are particularly recommended when working with multiple detectors with different input flows.

They are also used in LC/MS: The adjustable Flow Splitters can reduce to a lower flow rate, at which the mass spec can work efficiently. FDA regulations and S.O.P's make modifying or re-developing methods expensive. Flow splitting allows the chromatographer to take a proven method that works at higher flow rates and quickly integrate mass spec or multiple detectors.

Unlike to conventional Flow Splitters, our ASI Splitters use fluid resistors to achieve a wide range of split ratios. They contain two fluid resistors that form parallel flow paths.
